How did I miss this!! Thank you for this valuable info!!!!!

My understanding is asparagus has roots which can go 20 feet. Probably do better in the ground. Once established I don't bother watering unless drough conditions. Also they need to be cut back this time of year and I fertilize.

Great video. Can't wait to see how it come out.

Hi Gary! Thanks for all the tips! Will be using them next year. Last summer was my fist attempt at gardening and I followed your advice as well as calikim and migardener it was a lot of fun and very relaxing. The shadow tip was the best ! Being a novice I can use all the help I can get lol! By the way are those fire rings and where did you find them? Again thank you and I can't wait to get started 2017🤗

Great video Gary. How close do you plant the tomato plants in the raised bed?

Fantastic vid! Thank you!

Gary .. I see that you are using organic fertilizer in your raised beds .. i have the same setup like you but i live in a different country where organic fertilizer is not yet available .. can i substitute the organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer and sprinkle it in the same manner you do?! .. or this will be wrong, not worthy and i will harm the plants?!

Well done Gary. It is time for most gardens to get some sleep. Have a great Sunday. Best wishes Bob.

I'm confused. is this really from December 3rd, and why are you planting tomatoes and peppers at the very start of winter?
-
Hey gary I planted some asparagus last spring should I trim it now or just let it be it was from crowns not seed? Mahalo!
-
Awesome info gary! I love using that organic fertilizer! Mahalo! 👍🏼🌞

When was this video filmed?

You are 100% correct pressure treated wood uses an ACQ method where its a copper compound and a commercial sterilizing material similar to what restaurants and butchers use. No need to worry!
-
how are you growing peppers and tomatoes this late in the year?
-
Good question, I'd be interested in where you got your black plastic pots as well. Maybe buy in bulk wholesale? In the big box stores they are more $ than you would think
-
Thankyou Gary, where did you get your black plastic pots? I've been looking for some that size.
