4. goddamn, I will never not be impressed by monster hunter's uncanny ability to.... improve?
   based on feedback the previous games have been given?
   it's unprecedented! Whoever came up with the idea of this improving idea is a genius!
   
   Seriously though, they make the grinding less grindy, removed expedition-only monsters, and now you can hunt velocidromes and such in quests, and added new things as well as improving on the new weapons, adding more trees.
   And let's not even start on the new free dlc.
   
   Good job, monster hunter team. Good job. You're doing god's work.
5. This was very helpful for me. my wife is getting me t the game for Christmas and ice watched a few game plays and no one explained the new system. Thank you. I'm about to check your video on the insect glaive as I'm interested in that weapon (since the last game I played was freedom unite...).

12. if you go over in the amount of required materials you need, do you get extra sharpness or something?? in the MHGen app on my phone, each weapon has three gauges of sharpness next to them. I was wondering if you know why there are three and what they mean.
13. Is there a level cap for weapons if you continue to upgrade them? Do they reach a max level?
14. This is new form of upgrade is great in concept, bad in execution. The amount of Zenny and materials can be unbereable, and ends up to more grinding than it should be. That's not how you give more hours to a game, capcom.

17. So right now I am trying to max my gore CB and eventually get it to Shagaru CB. So if I level it up fully for Gore, will I still be able to get the Shagaru CB without having a decrease in stats. I don't want to go through all the trouble and then I be screwed over. I am HR 7 and trying to get the most damage possible. Just wondering.
18. the only thing I dont dig about generations is the fact that I cant stroll in with a weapon that does 1000+ damage
19. is the status of the wepons the same be cause i have wavern blade blood but it does only 22 fire damage? wth
20. Thanks dude, been playing since the PS2 version and didn't get to play the tri or ultimate but this system is very nice I like friend bought me the game and once again I've been hooked lol
