If you think about it, many plants grow together in the wilds. I like the variety of plants you grow in such a small space. I understand your quandary about the avocado, I feel that way about cabbage right now. It takes up so much space and right now it is cheap at the market so why grow it when there are other plants that could be grown to add variety or produce more. Thanks for sharing. I'm off to watch the lettuce seed collection video...........Ann
