Then you suck then.His E gives mana returns in lane.And only bad karthus will rely only on ultimate to get kills.Doesnt need blue buffs unless your randomly spam your abilities.You abilities cost nothing at level 2.Because your q cost is 20 and your E gives back 20.On top of that he needs alot of gold and for that reason he scale and does so much damage
9. Carry entire teamfights with karthus.Snowball hard with kat :D
10. Well karthus has got to have the worst mobility out of most mids.

20. His passive is a mana regain for everything you kill. If you can last hit then you'll never have a shortage of mana :)
