Kentucky Blue Pole Beans From Planting to Harvest.
Tips, Tricks
This was the first year for us for growing Kentucky Blue pole beans. They quickly became my favorite pole bean. I can't think of anything I don't like about them. They seem to be very hardy, and produce very well. I plan to grow them again! Those beans are beautiful! We grew Blue Lake this past summer. They had beautiful vines, hung with blooms, and maybe produced three beans off the entire row. I was so disappointed! I was very jealous watching this video. might have to try this variety next summer! Thanks for sharing!

Wow you got a whole basket! We're they stringy? My mom says the ones I planted this year were stringy..lol so next year I want to plant some that are not 😊

Love those beans, taste even better when dining while watching the beautiful humming bird;-)

These are good looking beans! Were they tasty, too? When I saw them climbing up and above the trellis, it reminded me of my parents and their cucumbers - they used to climb all the way up near by apple tree. Dad used to ask one of his younger friends to come and climb the tree to pick them :) Thank you for sharing Jim! Have a great weekend!

Are the blue better than the standard? I have grown KW, the ones I grew had variances in the finish dry bean. Color and shape and size. So I isolated a few of the different ones. To see if they hold genetic traits. Yours done well for a late planting. Love my beans. Htgde. Thank you.
