Jorge my plant is in week 5 of flower and my plant is really starting to yellow I wanted to know if it's ok to a bit of fish fertilizer during the flower since I think I have a nitrogen deficiency because I believe my plant is cannibalizing itself really fast

think of leaves like solar panels on your roof top. more panels will produce more power, collect more sun energy..

What about in the veg stage?

I love you JORGE. Your book taught me to grow.... nearly 17 years ago... some will argue that the bud is already largely formed and by letting more light into the canopy you'll achieve larger tops overall. IF you're indoors where humidity is often a concern, removing fan leaves will allow more airflow through a tight canopy. So, there's also that. I understand the science of the leaf being a big sugar factory. I also understand that if too many leaves/branches are cut in a short time period the plant may stop putting its energy into flowering in favor of healing wounds. I can also observe diminished growth in a terminal bud when I remove sun leaves. But, on the other hand, I can observe the effect of allowing more light and air into my canopy. And I see a positive difference when I remove large, light-blocking fan leaves which are shading tops. I'm on the fence, Jorge. C'mon, push me off! Tell me more!!!! :D I thirst to drink at the well of your knowledge. You are my God, Jorge!!!!! I fucking LOVE you!

I think most people are confused about this, he's not telling you to keep the crappy bottom leaves on. OFC you are supposed to keep the bottom of your plants free of that shit! It allows better airflow and get's rid of the popcorn nugs down there. Thing is... most of them fall of naturally. You should only prune back the first couple inches of the bottom of the plants! This includes the nubby little branches that give you popcorn fluff. It makes life harder for insects and promotes aeration. Anything above that... DO NOT CUT!
