pomegranate trees don't require over wintering inside. allow them to go dormant naturally

What about using epsom salts, it puts things back in the soil. My son has had a lemon tree for 10-15 yrs, but never flowers or gets lemons, he puts outside in the summer and in thru the winter.

dude.... these look dead as fuck :/

Did you grow any of your fruiting citrus from seed? Also PLEASE I need advice I have four 2 year old lemon seedlings and they're all just straight talk stems. I do I prune them to turn them into bushes?

I have a lemon tree grown from seed. She is 3ft tall now. During the winter, I bring her in and put her in the shower. Does not lose leaves, grows like a mad woman. The problem is getting her out by the spring and the gnats.

What about fungus gnats?

thanks for the vid. i brought my plants into the garage this winter and tried not to keep them exposed to freezing too long. with kids that's hard to do though. it's dry, cold, dark. i did buy a large 250w cf grow light but it's not near enough. they all lost all leaves. half of my trees still appear dead. the other half seemed to have died at/above the graft, but there are new suckers growing from beneath it. guess i'll have to toss them in the trash too. unfortunately my house has no decent south facing window, in addition to 2 cats who like to play in plant pots. maybe i need to find another hobby!

Awesome video, I was worrying if my trees were getting enough light from the window and using that app is an awesome idea! Thanks.

I have a lemon tree as well that is doing well. When I bring it in for the winter my tree losses some leaves. I actually look forward to this as I rinse the leaves off then I add then to boiling water, then I simmer for about five minutes on low. The smell from the simmering leaves is unbelievably refreshing! But the taste of thetea it makes is unlike any other I make! My grandmother would make me tea from her huge tree when I visited her in Mexico. This brings me wonderful memories and makes new ones as my kids love the taste as well. Thank you for your videos.....

Looks good. I definitely need to get a humidifier for my plants here in the high desert. My citrus do drop leaves sometimes.
-
so since i am growing under artifical lights i fertilize mine when ever they need it. i just gave them some before i brought them inside they still have fruit on them and now they are pushing out tons of new growth and flowers, both the Meyer and the Navel orange. Only problem is that the fruit are not growing very much. any suggestions why?

Did you grow any of these from seed? And if so when did you begin the pruning and shaping process?
