I have a problem i got my bonsai about a year ago but i have no idea whag species it is.. she isn't growing very much when she does the leaves turn brown straight away.. she has one stem and her leaves are very thin. I hope someone can help.

I have the tiniest Bonsai Fukien tea and right now I'm afraid that it has more brown leaves than green ones, I take it out for sunlight and bring it back in at night, the top soil is still damp so it's not because it's lacking water. Could the weather have anything to do ? It has been cold where I live. If so what should I do ?

So keep it moist but not wet. When you water it, drench the whole plant? Yes I'm a noob but that sounds like a contradiction. Could someone please explain in noob terms?
