Story of the first Rambutan farm in India. An initiative in year 2008 cutting down rubber trees and planting high yielding Rambutan trees in 4 acres in home town Kanjirappally, Kerala State. A record harvest of 12MT from 120 trees in 2015 proved Rambutan as a commercially successful crop. And thousands of farmers have boldly taken up Rambutan now to increase farm incomes!
