I know this video is kind of old, but do you still get Azomite? I see you listed as a local vendor on azomite.com. Unless, that is another Paradise Veggies they are referring to.

I usually throw them in a smoothy.

Don't forget to also eat your broccoli leaves!!

Its very possible, it just requires some strategic design. Trying to place your garden so that it only gets about 6 hours of direct sun light helps. Also, you want to make sure that the ground stay shaded so that soil stays cool and moist. The only way to do this is plant a few plants so that the next plant shades the ground of the others around it.

Do you think it's possible to grow year-round in this heat/soil? I'd like to expand my garden OUT of the raised beds & keep my plants for the year, even if they don't bear fruit (too cold/hot).

For this garden I don't know. The most the garden got water was every 3 days during summer for 2 10 minute periods. I built a garden at my parents that was in a normal neighborhood that was 120sq ft and they saw no significant increase to their water bill.

Just curious, how much its your water bill?

Congratulations!

Congrats! Are you growing tree collards? I ordered a couple cuttings that I am starting. But I would rather buy more cuttings locally.
