Does anyone else cringe when he touches the bulbs? I guess you could wipe off some of the oils from your skin but why risk it?

what do you recommend for carnivorous plants, growing nepenthes, cephs, pings. I have them on a large table in the basement. I am currently using a sunblaster 4ft 7 high output bulbs would like something with a little bit more par and lumens.
