I just cut off a large stem - 8cm diameter - off our buxus . It needed to get more light and air . I hope it does not die as it is now 1/3 smaller . Also i took 10 cutlings with your method, hope the will root, will report hopefully in 2 months ;) . but main plant has stem completely white because of some fungus or parasites .

I really liked your video. I love buxus and I've got a collection of buxus that I've grown from cuttings and I love topiary and I've pruned my buxus into to lots of different shapes but I've found the shape I like pruning my buxus in to the most is in to balls. I've subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing.

Hi yes very old, we have also oaks that are hundreds years old and a Platanus that is maybe 30meters high or more no never been at marqueyssac only seen a few pictures of it.
