How to Sheet Mulch a Garden Bed
Tips, Tricks
I put together a video to show how I build my garden beds with sheet mulching. I start with a layer of cardboard, cover that with rabbit manure (you could also use grass clippings, coffee grounds, dead leaves, etc.), cover that with a layer of straw, then a layer of compost, and finally top it off with a wood chip mulch.

Thanks for another great video. Just a question, I'm doing my sheet mulching today. I don't have woodchips for the final layer. Do you think I could / should just cover the compost layer with some plastic to leave it over winter, or should I go for another layer of, say leaves? So far it's cardboard, leaves, then straw with chicken manure mixed through, then compost. Thanks!

Thank you for the tutorial. Do you think I could do this for a garden that won't get started until May or June? We won't have our home until then.
