She pruned and said something but you couldn't see what she was talking about. This was no help really. Her plant looks good so I am sure she knows what she is talking about.

winner: least helpful tutorial.
Please try again ... this time zoomed in where we can see what "like that" actually means! -
Whenever she says "like that," make sure we can SEE HER HANDS. Also, "deadheading"?

Super helpful! What if you want to cut one of the flowers to put in a vase?
-
Not helping at all unfortunately. Can't see what she's doing. -
I am not quite sure how you cut the head off that rose. I have one that needs cut, but I am worried that I can not cut it off correctly. Would help if you zoomed in right before the clipping.

I can't see a thing she is doing. Her gloves are in the way.

You took a rose plant which never needed any pruning.

Most of the mini roses are hothouse grown & are generally potbound. Yes, they should be transplanted soon after you buy them. If you keep it indoors, it will most likely never bloom like it did when you bought it. They can go in the ground but some are not strong plants as they're grown for their flowers. I've had good luck with some of them though.

Roses need at least 6 hours of sun a day graphicq8. They don't like to dry out but then again they don't like to sit in water. Every week should do it, twice if you're house is really hot. 1 glass should be fine - just let it drain through.
