How To Properly Grow Roses In 5 Gallon Containers
Tips, Tricks
Growing Roses is easy as 1,2,3 Grow. I know for many this may be easier said than done, but I assure you that you too can grow roses in containers as long as the container size is suitable to the type of rose growing. The roses I show you here are Hybrid Teas (These are long stem and ideal for cuttings and displaying in a vase) 1- Rose planting mix 2- Rose all Purpose fertilizer 3- 5 gallon or more container 4- Pruning and Deadheading 5- Water daily 6- Prune back and rid them of dead branches and stems after fall weather beginning in Spring.

Thanks for the video great info. I have several roses growing in containers, my question is about dead heading the flowers that are worn out. Is it ok to cut them off or just pull them off. Will it damage the rose bush?

I just transferred my rose tree out of the store container, I took your advise from the last video & got rose soil. It defiantly was "toe up from the flo up". Haha! Everything thing on it was browning & leaves were getting crunchy. I pruned back everything & went to the nursery to get the e.b rose soil. So far so good, got some new growth on it.
