Hi Lyn! I've been watching your videos for a couple of days now and I just love them! I really like your cactus and succulent collection and your enthusiasm is contagious, I can really tell you love gardening. I'm from Spain and we cultivate a fantastic variety of cacti and succulents, even in inland Spain where it gets pretty cold in winter. I have a little collection, my favourite succulents are Haworthias hehe. I also have some columnar cacti, Sedums, Aeonium and other cacti, perhaps some time I could send you some cuttings, I'm pretty sure you'd like them and you'll look after them perfectly!
I was wondering maybe you could do a Q&A video some time? I think it's a good idea!
Keep the good videos, I've watched almost all of them in two days hahaha. Take care! -
What's to the left of your jade

Hi again, does the leaves of your Jade plant naturally ever fall off?

I've had one of these for over twenty years! It has been neglected to the extreme (no water for around half a year) to the point that many of the thick stems higher up dried out. This year I put it outside and it got a combination of British weather from sun to rain (some heavy) - a fairly wet summer in all. It has sprouted tons of new healthy leaves and looks very healthy once again (even some of the dried out stems have formed leaves!). So easy to grow and they will tolerate pretty strong sun but need to be introduced slowly to avoid sunburn. Getting them outside after the last frost (or before if you bring them in at night) gets them acclimatised to the sun. Sunburn on mine seems to be the leaves turning a sort of copper-brown colour so if this happens you may have bought in too much sun too soon. All the same, these plants are warriors of survival and as long as you don't over water them they will probably outlive you! Fantastic looking little things they are!

what a beautiful plant! I don't think I have ever seen one quite as large. Have a wonderful weekend! sending lots of love from Indiana!

What a beautiful dark aeonium by the side of the money tree! The money tree is also beautiful. Has it ever happened that while reaching over to see those seedlings on the floor, you bumped into that large cactus? The cactus is so tall and so close by, that I'm sure that I would be covered in thorns if I was bending over to look at the little plants on the floor! :)
