Darwin Tulips are the only perennial tulip....the others only come up ONCE. You should know this Yolanda....I am always surprised how little you know about gardening.....

They are usually planted in the fall when the ground has cooled down a bit but you can plant them in the middle of winter or anytime you find them even if it takes a while for them to get on a natural schedule. They do best in soil and not in a bag. They bloom for a short time in the spring depending on the climate and weather from two weeks to two months. They need a cooling period in the winter so do not do well in warm climates.

How long do they bloom for? Spring only? Or do they bloom from Spring thru fall? When should I plant the bulbs? In the Fall???
