If you follow the basics, the flower beds will burst with colour, but how do you know if you are doing things the right way? Autumn is one of the season that many gardeners plant their spring bulbs. This is probably the preparation period of the bulb for the spring season where they will sprout abundantly and produces their flowers beautifully. These basic steps are really helpful but this will just be effective if you will follow the right steps. Great jobs!

I have a question. If I plant spring bulbs, ie tulips & daffodils in autumn, will the shoots start to appear straightaway or do they start growing after winter?? Would really appreciate an answer. Thanks
