Dear Mrs. Know-It-All: I'm one of those "ugly bushes" you removed from your front garden area. First of all, if you had installed that fancy-smanchy irrigation system back when I was struggling to survive, maybe I wouldn't have lost my bloom so easily. Ya, I got a little nasty looking. You would too living in CaliKim's death valley garden with coyotes relieving themselves on you every night. Secondly, after you grabbed me by the hair and ripped me out of the ground and threw me into that disgusting blue trash bin, a very nice older gentleman saw me on his evening walk. He took me home, planted me in a PROPER location and gave me the water I desperately needed to look my best. I now bloom year round, and instead of fruit I grow California Scratchers Lottery tickets. We're moving to Beverly Hills in three weeks. See ya.

Crazy how hose connections always seem to leak, even brand new. How can we put a man on the moon, and pack what would have been a warehouse worth of computing power into a watch, but still can't make a hose connection that doesn't leak?

I used small pots to start my California Wonder Peppers from seeds and now I'm planting them in larger containers. Thanks for the planting tips in this video. I'm going to try the Epsom salt. I never knew about its benefits for planting.

I didn't know peppers could be planted deep like tomatoes. A couple of comments on the Teflon tape: Start taping after the first thread. This ensures that no tape will break off and go downstream and clog something up. In this case, it's a sprinkler head. On a solenoid valve, it could plug an orifice and render it inoperative.Make sure you apply it in the same direction that the fitting screws on. Clockwise when looking into the open, upstream end of the pipe. No more than two or three full wraps should be necessary to prevent leaks and ease of removal in the future. Some people use too much tape and it just wastes it. Thanks for the video. Keep up the good work please.
