Wait, everything I've read says that peppers, like tomatoes, are "heavy feeders," meaning they need a lot of fertilizer...now you're saying the exact opposite. I get that they don't dig Nitrogen so much, but shouldn't an abundance of x/2x/2x or so fertilizer be a good thing for them?
