I would imagine since they are installing a support for it to grow around, that this is trumpet honeysuckle (Lonicera sempervirens), which is nothing like the highly invasive Trumpet creeper (Campsis radicans) which isn't even related to the trumpet honeysuckle. The trumpet creeper has sticking tendrils and wouldn't need a support and would cling right on the fence. The honeysuckle needs a support, as it only has twining tendrils and just wraps/twines around it, much like a Dutchman's pipevine, passionflower or clematis. As a side note, if you decide to purchase a honeysuckle vine, make sure you do not purchase the highly invasive Japanese honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica). There are also dwarf versions of Lonicera sempervirens, like the Peaches and Creme. Thanks for the video TOH< have very fond memories of my dad, as we watched the show together for years while I was young.

We have just purchased a 9.5ft Jasmine. Obviously it will arrive in a pot, however we are going to use it as a patio specimen to train up the fence for privacy. Digging it in, unfortunately is not an option. The pot it will arrive in is 12l, my question is what size pot should I buy now in order to allow maximum room for the roots and plant to grow nice and tall WITHOUT digging into the ground. I have seen a nice 30l tub for £7.00.

I want to see it, say, a month after the procedure. That soil looked pretty poor and they didn't change out any of the dirt...

The neighbor came out with a shot gun and told them to get the fuck off their fence

That looks like the neighbors fence. Is it kosher to install wire and plant vines on it? Won't vines hasten the breakdown of the wood?
