For our lawn we raked the lawn and put the seeds on then we watered it. We didnt rake the lawn again (Im guessing to make sure u have good soil-seed contact). The seed is just sitting on top of the soil... would it still grow. UGHHH FACEPALM.

I purchased grass seeds. I thought I would get it in big bag but it happens to be in small packets which we can hold handful. Can a small 2 inch packet of grass seeds cover 1 square meter area ? This was told to me by the seller.

Roudup is poison, and is fortunately banned in my country of Switzerland. Starting your lawn by poisoning the soil sounds like a foolish way to go.

Releasing fucking toxic chemicals into an open area where it sinks into the groundwater and poisons the entire environment is a great idea i guess. this stuff is not only a hazard to nature, but to you and your family, i can't believe how people can be so dumb and still use dangerous chemicals like this on their own property. Hope it will be prohibited to sell and use it globally soon, as it already is in Europe. People need to stop buying this crap asap.

If you have to add top-soil....do you add the starter fertilizer then the top-soil? or add the top-soil then the starter fertilizer?

what kind of grass is that? i live in the central valley in california temp range from 28-110 i plan on planting princess 77 bermuda or tifgreen hybrid bermuda is that a good choice

i find if you bury a fresh body under your lawn (harvested from the underbelly of society of course) your grass will grow like crazy son
