underneath the sand, the fabric will start to rip as you sit, mice the chairs back and forth, adjust, etc

#ghostlyswimify I would not have put sod in. why worry about cutting that little patch? A ground cover a pond or a fire pit would have been better
also, a small tree like a magnolia or even a trumpet vine would have worked better in the corner @Natural Ponds Lakes & Streams by Spring Creek Aquatic Concepts -
