How To: Keep Weeds Out Of The Garden.
Tips, Tricks
Here I show a fast, easy and cheap way to keep weeds out of your garden. Plus it helps keep the soil from drying out and attracts beneficial earthworms. If you do not use wood chips or other cover on the paper, the paper will yellow and fade becoming less unsightly in a short time. Just till the bits and pieces that make it through the winter under the following year. This also works great for mulch around trees. I do this every year, it works. https://www.youtube.com/user/aquachigger

Love the animal rescues in the video, out of curiosity do you know what breed poot is? He looks a lot like our dog Taco.

so you lure in the worms with the news paper, then chop them up with the rototiller?
-
Wet cardboard or paper bags is what I do. Boxes are thicker and last longer

A person cannot love a plant after he has pruned it, then he has either done a poor job or is devoid of emotion.

Nice video---looks good!
Question: If you put the paper up close to the plant, how do you then fertilize!? Would not the paper block the fertilizer?

You're a genius! I spend so much time weeding that I don't get my other 'fun' gardening projects done. I love to landscape as well. Seems the mulch always turns to soil within a year or so and soon more weeds. I've used the best fabrics and such to medium success. But in the garden, I've been growing vertically to end the weeding issue. That helps as well. Thanks for the tips!
