When's the earliest you can harvest each of these? I have all three plants that I planted from seed about 3-4 weeks ago. The basil already has has 3 sets of leaves on each stem but it's only about 5-6 inches tall. I pinched off the tops of one stem but I don't want to harvest too early.. Thanks.
