How to know when Elephant Garlic plants are ready for harvest, how to wash, dry and cure them. Grow great and delicious garlic in your home garden by watching the tips here. You will have great tasting garlic in no time, by following some of these tips and guidelines! You can get elephant garlic bulbs at most grocery stores. You can plant 4-5 bulbs with one elephant garlic bought from the store. These plants grow rapidly and are ready for harvest in 2-3 months. You need remove scapes before they flowers bulb will get much bigger Your elephant garlic is too small

That's a good tip. The scapes taste as good as the bulbs (maybe slightly stronger in taste, which is a good thing for me!).
