If you can't grow a beard apply Minoxidil for atleast 6 months. Also you should be taking Biotin and Folic Acid. 3 months for some is still too early, mine took 5 months to see what it is made of.

3 months is too long. My beard grew half an inch in 24 days. That was long enough to get a nice full beard and then have it trimmed by a semi-professional, unfortunately. But I only needed 4 weeks to get a nice beard

keep shaving it it will look way better after about 6-8 months of non stop shaving. worked for me at least.
