MORE INFO IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX - OPEN TO SEE! Hey y’all! As I said in the video, one of the reasons that I started watching Youtube videos was because when I was about 14/15, my hair was at a really annoying mid length and I just wanted it to be long so I would search up how to grow my hair QUICK and FAST. After watching a lot of these videos and a lot of patience, my hair is now at a length which I am happy with and it is in good condition so in this video I’ve shared with you the tips which I think work the best! I will re-write them here in a bit more detail: NO HEAT: Using heat is terrible for your hair. Don’t do it. If you’re used to using heat on a daily basis, begin by slowly cutting down if the idea of no heat is too traumatic for you. lool. OILS: I use coconut oil, almond oil, castor oil and argan oil. They all have different properties and different benefits for your health but they will all contribute to general better health for your hair and help it to grow faster. SCALP MASSAGES. Scalp massages help increase the blood circulation in your scalp which stimulates hair growth. Its also super relaxing so try doing it for a couple of minutes everyday. If you flip your head forwards it increases the efficiency even more because more blood goes to your head meaning more stimulated hair growth. Don’t stay for too long though because you might get dizzy. DRINK WATER: For your hair to grow you must stay hydrated. If your hair isn’t hydrated, it will weaken and the ends of your hair will just snap off. Therefore you need to keep your hair strong by drinking lots of water. This is just generally amazing for your general health. TRIM YOUR ENDS. Please cut your split ends. Its not cute to have long hair if its all dead and dry. You don’t have to do it as regularly as they say you should but try and do it at least once every 2 months. I cut my hair my self to save £££. If you want I can make a video on how I do it even though I’m no professional. Leave a comment down below if you’re interested. If you don’t cut your split ends, naturally your hair gets weak at the bottom and eventually it splits into two and splits towards the top. This means your hair won’t grow and it will just stagnate at the same length. DONT WASH YOUR HAIR EVERY DAY: The natural oils that your hair produce are produced for a reason and they actually help keep your hair healthy and nourished. Therefore, if you wash your hair every day you are stripping your hair from its natural oils and preventing it from growing. You can actually train you hair to get greasy less quickly by washing it less. It may take some time and patience and a few days of greasy look hair but its deffo worth it. A FEW MORE TIPS THAT I DIDNT MENTION IN THE VIDEO: DON’T BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHEN IT’S SOAKING WET: When your hair is wet it is the most prone to breakage and its at its weakest. Therefore brushing it when its wet can will damage it more than when its dry. Also don’t brush your hair 5478 times a day. It’s not necessary. I only brush mine when I was it because it’s curly and it would go frizzy if I washed it every day. EAT HEALTHY AND BALANCED: This is good for obvious reasons for your general health SLEEP WITH YOUR HAIR IN PROTECTIVE HAIRSTYLES Prevents it from breaking. USE CONDITIONER This may seem pretty obvious to most of you but some people actually don’t bother using hair conditioner. You need to keep your hair hydrated and nourished and thats the hair conditioners job. I can honestly tell the difference in the quality/condition of my hair when I don’t use hair conditioner. LOVE YOU HAIR. Give your hair some love. Love makes things grow. BASICALLY, you just want to prevent your hair from breaking and keep it moisturised and then you will grow some deliciously long locks.
