Hello fellow I love your hair it's beautiful. I love that you keep it simple, consistent, and not a product junkie. I also like that you wear a hairstyle for a week and just leave it alone. Before going to bed I do spray my hair with olive oil and water. Then put my scarf on. It has helped me retain length and just giving it extra moisture. Do you eat alot of fruits and vegetables, chicken, and lots of water? That's has helped me with my healthy hair journey. Taking care of the inside as you mentioned in your video. I have been natural for a year and some months now. I noticed that my hair also grows when I put it in braids and just leave it alone. Deep condition every 2 weeks, Shampoo once a month and co-wash hair every other week I dont deep condition it. My hair absolutely loves oils! Eats it up😃

how unearth did u get ur hair to grow that long within 1 year? its takes most people a few years to even get to that length.

I recently did my big chop on 3/5/16 and i feel like my hair is growing so slow!

How do you trim your ends? I have trouble seeing where to trim.

I hear you on the leaving protective styles in for a long time thing, I don't do it because I get bored, and now I don't do it for more than 2 weeks cos I just realised my hair at the back starts locking and tangling.

Which steamer do you use? What is your hair porosity?

i had trimmed my hair four days ago and because id been avoiding the trimming i had to basically cut my hair down to half its length. i would have loved to do a big chop again but its not really necessary. your video has given me a regimen i could follow especially the detangling. thanks a lot
