Great set of videos, thanks for the tips. I was trying to find somewhere to sell me a box of ready dried leaves so I could roll my own, but can't find any sellers. So I just started some Havana & Virginia seeds, and I hope to have my own by this fall. Good luck with your future gardening.

So I grow my rustica indoors, there was a small, very round, eggy leaf that was yellowing, thought it was the whole plant that was supposed to turn yellow, slight misread of the guide I read when sowing. Now it has another yellow leaf, when is the ideal time to harvest tobacco?

Cockroaches. Watch out for them - they do eat Tobacco leaves. I could not figure out what was attacking my plants. Damage was occurring at night. Turned out to be cockroaches, they are nocturnal feeders, and are omnivores.

You can grow tobacco easy enough..the hard part is fermenting, curing and drying properly, that's where the art is

I grow Havana tobacco as well. I am new to growing it. Recently my leaves developed very tiny yellow dots. I am an experienced gardener and it looks like some sort of blight to me. Have you seen this on your plants?

Even though some states have legalized it, Federal law still hold that it is illegal. So both of you are somewhat correct. There are Federal raids on supposed legal dispensaries all the time.

Love the video. I am also growing tobacco in seattle and was hoping for some of your knowledge. My Virginia Gold seeds germinated about two weeks ago and was wondering if you think that they have enough time to harvest by the end of the growing season?. Its May 18th today.
