HOW TO HARVEST Crop between July to October. The length of the bean will depend on the variety but they are best harvested before you can see the beans becoming visible from outside. I pop seeds into a plastic bag with some damp compost, when they show their tails O pot them into root trainers. and when safe I harden them off and plant out. We down here in South Wales plant our beans on sticks between two steel poles and use plastic webbing to thread the poles it take me about 5 minutes to pop up my poles. I sow a double row of 35 feet long on my allotment Its only me and my daughter so my neighbours and friends get flooded with beans off me Next year I`m growing tall peas the same way
