I swear by TNC liquid CARBON, liquid FERTILISER AND ROOT TABS. I don't see the result from just root tabs but since I used the liquid fertiliser my plants decided to turn green! TNC is excellent and VERY potent stuff!

This was a cool video I'm toying with plants in my sanded 55 gallon so these are helping .... I'll be using two t5s and 2 internal filters a uv steriliser and a HOB filter .... All I need now is some of these plugs 👏👏👏👏
