You got all of this in less than a year and here i am trying to grow my hair out since last september 2015 and my hair barely reach my eyebrows.. I cut my hair 6 years ago big chop and it's grown only neck length but it's relatively healthy why don't you think its growing

vitamin E is not an essential oil

I do agree with you stating that we should at least give our hair a break and stop putting stuff in it. also making sure that the shampoos and conditioners have water as the first ingredient in the product.

Your really inspiring I'm on my hair growth journey now my only problem is me dying my hair and over processing it by using different shampoos and conditioners plus hair grease.
