Such a warm, compassionate, soul and being type of meaning. Walking through organic grocery stores being dictated/held by gunpoint to spend incredible amounts of money...

Siloe, I have a gardening question! In your video, I noticed the many maturing lettuce plants on your bench. How long do you keep your seedlings under lights, before allowing them to hang out on the porch? Do they stay there until mature enough to transplant, or do you bring them in at night?

What's your favorite variety of lettuce? Buttercrunch is my current favorite.

I love your show It is full of information that can be used right away. Also I love the way you present everything from great illustration concepts to the way you display gardening as nothing anyone couldn't handle. If I were to suggest an improvement on the show it would be some voice acting work but the show stands well as is. I think that this could be a big hit if it isn't already.

How do you keep pests away from lettuce?

Again, thanks for the tips. I've become addicted... :)
If you have a lot of lettuce to spare and don't know what to do with it, for preserving lettuce for future use, u can chop and cook it as a dense soup. This may destroy most of its water soluble vitamins, it will still preserve minerals contained in it.
Not sure, if dense soup is a correct translation. Its like a soup, but you make a dense cream of oil and flour and add this to the soup.
