I've started my lettuce indoors. I get the fungus gnats. Those little buggers are annoying. I got some flying bug sticky trays, I've caught atleast 20 of them lol

Nice and informative video, here the weather at day time is between 32 to 35 degree celsius so i was worried if it would grow well indoors between can i use sunlight coming through the window instead of the electric lamp?

Sorry, I just had a question, do you use potting mix or potting soil or 1/2 and 1/2?
-
I LOVE THIS!!! This is perfect! I have been thinking about just experimenting to see if I could, but now I CAN do this! I'm so excited, Thank You CaliKim29!!!

Thanks so much for your relay.. I am so glad to find out your Chanel. And one more question I would like to ask you, if I use light, do I use it daytime or night time? Thanks

Hi Kim. Where can I buy this light to grow my lettuce . Thanks and love your tips
-
my sugar snap pea grows so slowly outdoor, is it because of the cold weather?
-
hey can you do a time lapse video of the lettuce. how many days it took to germinate. also nice video very helpful.
-
Hey Kim! I can still grow it outside here in Cali but the indoors idea is interesting in itself as it seems bug free!

Good job! That is such brilliant idea to grow indoors for the winter :) Thumbs up ! :)

Great tips. Ok fine, I'll try Instagram. Sharing pictures of my garden does sound like fun. I farmed a cucumber that was huge. Very bitter though. I'm guessing I waited too long to harvest it. I've grown lettuce inside but it was bitter too. No clue why. Still learning I guess.

Nice vid Kim. I'll be growing lettuce as well. I also put my snap peas out a bit early as some are struggling to survive the heat we still have here in Texas.
-
Awesome kim , lettuce is one of the easiest veggies to grow especially indoors. I've grown them like house plants and nibbles on them as they grew lol

Lots of varieties of lettuce grow fine outdoors in the winter - just get the seedlings started in Autumn. I grew some leaf lettuce in a tub all over winter in a plastic outdoor greenhouse too - it lasted the whole season (sandwich harvests only, no big salads!)

I hope I can figure out to do just the reverse and grow lettuces in our hot and humid weather 35 to 40 degree celcius. We have just 3 months when we have temperatures ranging 18 to 25 degree celcius from mid November to mid February . Me too, Baker Creek is my absolute favourite seed source!

Omg going to have to try this
