Those look tough enough to make tomato stakes out of ( if you taped the tops to a 9awy wire strtched tight)

What type of over winter conditions is he talking about here? Straw will keep them from freezing solid? Or is it okay if they freeze?
-
It's my first year growing these and thus video has been very helpful, thank you.

I bought my tubers to grow foliage for my goats. I left the tubers out last fall and they came back. They were tiny plants last year as I planted late in the year. Thanks for the video

Also the animals that eat out of my garden I can eat them in return also like deer, and rabbit.

I'm a gardner and grow my own vegetables for my family, I watch all of your videos and like them, but growing OCA, and Jerusalem Artichokes to substitute for potatos seems to be ridiculous when you could plant regular potatos. I have been growing them all my life, I can grow a one potato that weighs over a pound and a half and other plant foods that are familair to the American diet?

I love Jerusalem Artichokes. Mine tend to grow to about 8 ft. We've had some already and they're really lovely.

Thanks Mark, yet again perfectly timed for my allotment. I'll be chopping them down this weekend

I've looked in all my local grocery stores for Jerusalem artichoke and I'm unable o find it. Could someone tell me where I could buy some. Please.

I cut mine back a few weeks ago after some high winds had broken a few of the canes off. It's the first time I've grown these and I noticed the canes are rather woody and strong, can you dry them and use them instead of normal bamboo garden canes next year, or do they tend to rot?

can't wait to try growing them next year, both the Jerusalem artichokes and the winter savory :D Thanks!
-
Both !!,if you add herb winter savory to your dishes it tends to reduce the affects ,great roasted

are they a wind break, or do they cause you to break wind? Or both? Your videos are so funny!
