How to Grow Grapes - Part 2
Tips, Tricks
Uncle Paul from Lumberton, North Carolina continues his vineyard tour while providing tips about growing grapes. In this video he shows us how he uses three strands of aluminum wire twisted together and anchored into the ground with six foot-long metal stakes, to truss up his grapevines. He also explains why you might choose to set up two tiers of grape wire supports rather than one. This interview was conducted on April 5, 2014, but you will see some updated overlays that I shot on May 24, allowing you to see the grape vines after they have leafed out. This is part two of five.
