This coneflower - Echinacea 'Cheyenne Spirit' was started from seed in early April by Doug Green http://www.youtube.com/user/headgardener2u This coneflower won the All American Awards for 2013 and is an easily started plant from seed - which will *bloom its first year from seed*. Bloom time seems to be about 6-8 weeks and this full sun perennial grows best in full sun with excellent drainage.
