1. bermuda grass is simply the best, im from southern africa, summers are very long, dry and extremely hot, winters are very cold and water is scarce, and my lawn is extremely green, i really like this type because it isdrought resistant and doesnt leave patches

4. Growing berumda is easy if you don't want it in your yard. Bermuda will grow under driveways, sidewalks and the street.

I have Bermuda grass in my yard, and not on purpose.  I have kill and reseed the area with other friendlier grasses.  It crept into the flower bed and no amount of weeding will stop it.  I had to tear everything out; bushes, flowers, etc.  Total loss.  My suggestion is, don't plant it near borders of perennial beds, or at all for that matter.

17. Japanese do not understand the bermudagrass stil. 
18. How big is your lawn? If it is small you can cover the entire lawn and kill it off. There are several ways to do this, either with black tarp and cut off the sun or get a type of clear material that will cause the temp to get so high it will burn your lawn and kill it. Personally I think several doses of round up will work if applied right. Then if you want bermuda grass and do not want to sod, Yukon bermuda seed or La Prima is the way to go for your climate. 
19. This year it's cold....snow in May lol, typically its 100F+ during the summer and a "cool" summer is in the 90s.
