How to Green Your Home (Part 1): Build an Indoor Vertical Garden
Tips, Tricks
When in NYC, you have to be creative with your space. After filling up just about every horizontal surface with flora, I turned to the wall for inspiration. Kari and Edwin from Mingo Designs came over to create a most wonderful indoor vertical garden - equipped with sub-irrigation system and 15 different species of plants - from philodendrons to sword ferns. I have an indoor orchid nursery and I love em

this might not be a good idea though, first of all, meaning too much humidity inside and the air circulation could turn out to be "chocked " rather than flowing in a free way, in Chinese's way of "phong sui'(wind&water) ,this will have negative influ upon human's health.secondly, during the night time the oxygen percentage inside the apartment will drop down significantly making the space an unfriendly resident environment. take care

it seems too much.

If this stupid bitch needs more space she could always hang a few more plants off of her monstrous chin.

4 years of design for .... a rack... with plants in a bag. Also, the plants are too close together. They don't have enough freedom to grow this way. And they were really rough with those poor plants.

Hi Summer, I also live in an apartment in Brooklyn and I was wondering how do you maintain your plants during the winter? Plants thrive during the summer but it does become a challenge during the winter. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
