Hello dear, can I use ground coffee straight to the soil? I don't drink coffee but I can purchase coffee bean and have them ground for me and use it for fertilizer?

A few things:
1) If I use coffee grounds, do I still need other fertilizer?
2) McDonalds is giving away their used coffee grounds in big zipper pouches. Find out if your local one is participating!
3) Can you use too much coffee grounds? -
please advise if the coffee liquid cud be used as well for watering or only grounds for fertiliser...

You must drink a lot of coffee...I drink one cup a day , at the most... I buy steer manure and add Epson sult and make a tea....for tomatoes every four days or so....

Doing container gardening using 5 gal buckets in very humid climate. Plants get approx 3-4 hrs of direct sunlight per day. Having problems with blossoms dropping off before they open. Have tried organic pesticides since I thought that pest in the soil might be the problem. Please help.
