Nice little farm tutorial. It appears irrigation works like the trough for animals. (sort of)

Quick question: I'm pretty low level right now(12). So, how to look for narco seeds? Just randomly harvest bushes until I get them? Cause that's what I'm doing for some time now and I ended up with 2 red berry seeds, 2 mejoberry(?) seeds and THOUSANDS of fiber. So, is this the right way?
