Tailors have those metal woven gloves to work with blades. And you know what? They really help to prevent cutting off your fingers and hands. I know it's a crazy idea, but maybe butchers' hands matter, too?

i live in a countryside where i grew up in a community where they have chickens,goats,cows,buffalos etc.... I already tried butchering some chickens etc since when i was 10 years old.... and im so proud i know the traditional butchering of chickens,goats etc..... and currently studying culinary arts and I already know the different parts of animals and how to butcher them....
