lol I spent a lot more time thinkin gabout puttig herbs in the same pot based on what water and sun each herb needed. I proabably over thought it.

The herbs should just have the same growing requirements such as light exposure and water needs. You can look up the individual herbs to see if they would grow well together. Some need to dry out in-between waterings and some don't like to be dry at all so it might not be good to put them together in the same pot. For herbs that require some shade, it's possible to grow them with those who like the sun, if the sun-loving herbs are shading those who can't take full sun.
