Our channel is focus on successful gardening, which is to produce healthier abundant harvest, healthy cooking and homesteading. We incorporate the most important part of organic gardening, to make the harvest healthier, by (using Non-GMO seeds and plants, and being careful to avoid pesticides and herbicides). We also use modern products and tools to make gardening fun, easy, affordable, convenient, abundant, and quick. Hollis loves and enjoys, gardening since he was 8 years old. He inherited the love of gardening from his granddad, who had a 300 acre farm in Georgia and in the past own a large successful landscaping business for over 7 years. Since being a child, Nancy has always love to cook and create foods to make her family happy. In the past, Nancy has managed and cooked in a Oriental restaurant, in which her mother own, and also worked in the past as a cook in a Italian restaurant. Now, Nancy love to create foods, from the garden to the table, that makes everyone happy and healthier families through the world. I really learned a lot with growing asparagus. I have mine in raised beds and I see I planted them wrong. Some didn't even make it. I will be planting some more this spring but I'll do it right. Thank you so much for your wisdom.

thank you so much for this video iv been waiting for this video update I cut mine back months ago and they haven't grown back since and we were in a severe drought here in Georgia even after Hurricane Matthew I'm in Zone 7b, will they grow back in the spring since I cut them back in the summer there 2 year old roots I think

Looking good! Nice size. I like to start some of my asparagus from seed and I leave them in patio containers for at least 1 full year. I've started well over 1000 plants this way. I really like what you've done with yours.

Excellent video. I just planted 9 in a square raised bed. It's summer here in Sydney, Australia so I will top up the soil and mulch. Can't wait to see your harvest

Thanks for this video. I did not know that they could be grown in pots or containers. Do you think that they can be grown in south Louisiana? We do have a lot of heat during the summer and at time plenty of rain. You and Nancy have a Happy Holiday Season.

Love watching your videos on gardening...Nancy does a great job with the camera..you keep them coming and I'll keep enjoying them..We just bought a 6 acre homestead and we're slowly getting a plan in place (around the horses, goats chickens etc)
