How to get the hay smell out do I just keep it in jar

so I'm in the curing process an should I leave the jars in a cold environment like a garage it gets close to 30° or should I put them in a room temperature environment?

You know, sometimes i get bags that smell a little like hay, and recently decided to give it a press and it still juices as long as it is still booming with trichomes. The oil kinda reduces that smell and has a better terp profile.
