Makes any difference if the lower level character is not a light armor user? Or the drop rate is the same? Cause i have a Warrior.

I have a problem; when I use the shovel, no green beams come out. I already lost one of my shovels to the time limit after using sonar in multiple places around the Silverwastes, and now I'm afraid to use the other. Is there a setting I need turning on or something?

its funny i have 100% map completion.. every map in the game visited except silverwastes and that happens to be the best farming area in the whole game
-
is it still working?

i liked it but i didn't subscribe it.

does the chest show up for everyone or only you?

Best video explaining that I have seen for a returning player :D well done - Will follow more of your videos !

That is so much better than other sw guides
thank you! -
I wish everyone took that 10 shovel advice :p So many times we stand there for 45 seconds before someone pops theirs

My first SW chest train luckily went very well for me - the train Commander circled through the route about 6 times over the course of an hour. 'Course I didn't have enough keys, but I still got a ton of stuff. And the zerg was huge, so we stomped everything in our way :)

I have another question. I've followed your lead and made a level 45 alt for opening bags. My question is does that theory hold for ALL boxes, not just Champion boxes?

Hi. I think this is a great guide. Question: Can I just do the farm myself? Every time I try to get into a chest farm group, it's woefully un-organized and it's broken up as soon as its created.

O, something that is a sideeffect of all the people running SW maps (since it is probably the most actually engaging map released to date) and not really directly related to the SW farm itself. Some people, myself included, didnt want to buy 144 foxfire off of the trading post to make mawdrey, they wanted to actually farm it themselves and didnt want to park a bunch of characters they didnt have at a little tree farm in malchors leap. So, what I did, was went up to SW, ran around the map and grabbed every tree node there, did a breach/VW only if it was soon, and then taxi'd to a different map which refreshed all the nodes on the map so I could run around and farm them again. In addition to getting my foxfire, I was able to tag events as I passed to accumulate keys and gear bags etc and pick up chests as they popped up.

why level 45 an not higher? check this exchange http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/2zt7mq/900_bags_of_stolen_goods_from_silverwastes_bandit/cpm1v3v . The primary source of linen wouldnt be the actual drops as much as it would be the salvaging. Linen salvages from items in the low 50s I believe. and that seems to be confirmed by my experience last night in eotm starting to get linen salvages after I hit 50. (however if there is something I dont know, I would really like some further info because I am sitting on >2000 chests at the moment.)
One note that wasnt in the video but doesnt depend on the average zergling farmer, After having done my share of chest farming, a good chest farm commander will do events just as you said, but not for the sake of perseverance, though its a good thing to have. Doing the events will net everyone in the zerg bandit crests which can be traded for more keys and a chance at shovels from the event rewards. if a zerg always tags events and clears outposts just as they pass them without going out of their way, a chest farm can be self-sustaining for hours on end and be able to open multiple times more chests then they had shovels to start with.
And, lastly if you have an option of what class to take, go with something with LOTS of swiftness.
EDIT: I feel like I am sounding a little nitpicky on this post, but really you are doing videos on par with channels that have many many more subs/views. -
i think your better then woodenpatatoes and matvisual good content for players.

First off I really your videos. Have you thought about doing one on Dye Top? Thanks again and keep up the good work.
