Bed sheets are great for covering crops for frost but I'd be careful about suggesting plastic. I've seen many gardeners loose plants this way. When the cold plastic touches plant material it's even colder than being unprotected. Then when the sun comes up and you forget to remove the plastic plants get cooked. Low tunnels are fine covered with plastic because the plastic doesn't touch the plant. Just two cents, take it with a grain of salt.

Do you have a video on the cold frames you use? I'd love more info. I'm looking to do some raised beds next year in addition to containers
