Guerilla Gardening on Capitol Hill (DC) - 3/9/09
Tips, Tricks
Cathy, Johanna, Anne, Shanna, Andrew, Tom and random strangers liberate a small plot of urban soil on Capitol Hill. Victory Garden Direct Action mobilizes local people to identify and implement small-scale community projects for immediate positive results in their neighborhoods. We believe that there is no substitute for individual and collective effort, local knowledge, hard work and direct action to solve problems and empower communities. VGDA encourages people to self organize and take on doable projects that meet local needs and builds on the ideal of shared social conscience.

I am working for an ad agency on an international ad campaign and the director and agency are interested in using a male guerilla gardener for the ad. If you could please contact me at your earliest convenience, I would appreciate it. Wendy@LA4Hire.com. 310-994-3258

First off... did you know we just got more snow in Boston on Monday after a weekend which hit 60 degrees?? Not fair I tell ya. Second, I like the music and editing, but Tom seems to be spending more time writing than actually digging. Take pictures of the progress as your garden grows. -K
