You plant the same way as I do. A lil' of this and that and no wasting. Winter veggies aren't as heavy feeders as the summer ones! Everything looks very nice! We are also trying to plant less and eat more. Thanks!

I love your vids keep up the good work, as 1q2w3e4r911 commented, compost everything before you add to your garden. Too much nitrogen is used composting in the garden bed and your plants will starve. Especially wood chips they take years to break down. I have a large composter and I put about 5 level wheelbarrow loads mixed with peat and sand in my beds. Even the compost can be too rich if you don't mix it.
